Frances and I worked together at Polaroid. During that time she developed and implemented the worldwide Ergonomics Program in collaboration with the Divisional Health and Safety team members, which I was a member of. I also went through Frances’ Ergonomics Evaluation Training. With her help, we reduced the Injury and Illness rates from 10.0 to below 2.0 in 4 years. As a result of the success that this program was at Polaroid, I hunted Frances down to help with our Ergonomics Program at Cabot Corporation in 2009. Initially I brought Frances in to conduct Office Ergonomic Evaluations that have been very successful in identifying potential injuries before they happen. In the past year, Frances has expanded her services into the Laboratory areas as well, and we are currently working on our second project, a very complicated project.

She has been working with us at Cabot for 3 years now and her personable expertise in Ergonomics has helped our site to achieve 2 years without an injury/illness. A milestone that we are very proud of.
